Not only is it one of my favorite books (Bartleby the Scrivener by Herman Melville), but it is also the best writing software EVER.  Scrivener is wonderful.  I cannot believe I didn’t know about it a while ago.  It allows me to organize characters, places, research, etc. all in the same “project” as my manuscript text.  Super super cool!

In other news, I have finally made an author Facebook page.  I am such a newbie at this, I hope this goes well.  I now need to figure out how to get business cards made, or something so I can go to a convention and hand some out. 🙂  I have no idea how to do this while balancing homemaking, raising a toddler, infant and hubby (lol), medical school, AND trying to get back in the bike and start running to get back in shape.  :O

I spent all of this evening designing my own Cover Art.  It took forever.  I don’t have money to pay someone, and I am crunched for time, so I went ahead and did it myself.  I like art projects so it was fun.  I just hope the covers catch the reader’s eye.  I am sacrificing so much to finish this book before school starts August 4th!!!  I am pushing night and day to get Book 1 out.  Editing is infinitely harder than the writing.

It will be worth the wait!
